The Freein Ice Bath Tub Wood and the Freein Ice Bath Chiller (optional extra) are most effective when used in combination and are very simple to use. Start by inflating the ice tub with a hand pump, connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the chiller (optional extra) with a simple hand-tight valve, turn on the chiller, set the temperature, and the chiller will begin to cool and filter the water until it cools down to the temperature you've set.

When you're exercising at the gym or outdoors and wish you could come home to an ice bath right away, you can turn on the chiller remotely via the mobile app. You can also remotely set the temperature, view the current water temperature, or set it to turn on automatically at a certain time.
