Delivery Timeframes

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.

🌍 International Shipping

Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We utilize local warehouses to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

On certain occasions, to ensure faster delivery, orders may ship directly from our overseas facilities.

Address & Delivery Issues

If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons within the customer's control, it will be returned to us. The following situations may result in additional charges to the customer:

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failure of the receiver to be present during delivery attempts
  • Refusal by the customer to accept the package

⚠️ Any expenses incurred due to the above issues will be the responsibility of the customer.
