Shipping Timeframes:
Ice Bath Barrel & Ice Bath Tub: Received in 3-7 days
Ice Bath Chiller: Received in 10-15 days
Barrel/Tub & Chiller Pack: Received in 10-15 days
Shipping Carriers:
In the majority of instances, we ship our products using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We utilize local warehouses to ensure efficient delivery. However, on certain occasions for the purpose of faster shipping, we might ship directly from our overseas factories.
Address & Delivery Issues:
If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons within the control of the customer, such as:
● Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
● Failure of the receiver to be present during delivery attempts.
● Refusal by the customer to accept the package.
The package will be returned to us. Please note that any expenses incurred due to these issues will be the responsibility of the customer.
