At Freein, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, please do contact our support team for assistant. If you still would like to return, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
1. Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return.
2. Condition of Item:
The item must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused.
All returns must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
4. Proof of Purchase:
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with your return.
Process for Returns
1. Return Authorization:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), if your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds may take several days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
