The item must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused.

All returns must include original packaging, all accessories, and documentation.

🧾 Proof of Purchase

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with your return request.


Return Process

Request a Return Authorization (RMA)

Contact our Customer Support Team at info@freein.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number before shipping anything back.

Ship Your Item

Once authorized, we'll provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Receive Your Refund

Upon receipt and inspection, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
