Your safety is our priority. Please read and follow all guidelines before use.

1. Before Each Use

✔ Check the product condition

  • Inspect for visible damage, punctures, or air leaks.

  • Ensure valves, zippers, and seams are clean and functioning.

  • Confirm all accessories (pump, stakes, fins, etc.) are in good condition.

✔ Choose a safe setup area

  • Use on flat, debris-free ground or calm water.

  • Clear away rocks, sharp branches, or other objects that may cause damage.

  • Avoid placing products near open flames, grills, or heat sources.

2. Inflation Safety

✔ Follow the recommended PSI

  • Do not under-inflate or over-inflate.

  • Always refer to the product’s instruction manual for the proper pressure range.

  • During hot weather, reduce inflation slightly to prevent over-expansion.

✔ Use compatible pumps

  • Only use the pump provided or approved compatible pumps.

  • When using electric pumps, inflate carefully to avoid exceeding PSI limits.

3. Outdoor Use Safety

✔ Weather awareness

  • Avoid use during strong wind, lightning, or extreme weather conditions.

  • For inflatable tents, always secure with stakes and guy lines.

  • For paddle boards, check water currents and local weather reports before entering the water.

✔ Weight limits

  • Follow the maximum load capacity stated in your product manual.

  • Do not exceed weight limits to avoid instability or damage.

✔ Proper handling

  • Do not drag products on the ground or over rough surfaces.

  • Keep away from sharp objects, fishing hooks, and pet claws.

  • Avoid jumping or applying sudden impact forces.

4. Water Safety (for inflatable paddle boards and water gear)

  • Always wear a certified life jacket or PFD.

  • Beginners should stay near the shore and avoid deep or fast-moving water.

  • Use a safety leash when appropriate.

  • Never use inflatable products in dangerous weather, strong currents, or unfamiliar waters.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

5. Fire & Heat Safety

  • Keep all inflatable products away from campfires, stoves, heaters, and hot surfaces.

  • Do not expose products to prolonged direct sunlight when not in use.

  • Never inflate with hot air or hot-air blowers.

6. Deflation, Storage & Maintenance

✔ After use

  • Rinse off dirt, sand, or saltwater with clean water.

  • Allow the product to dry completely to avoid mold or mildew.
