FAQ

Inflatable Paddle Board FAQ

1. What material is the paddle board made of? Is it durable?

Our inflatable paddle board is built with high-density Drop Stitch technology and reinforced PVC, offering excellent rigidity, abrasion resistance, and long-lasting durability—even in lakes, rivers, or sandy beaches.

2. How firm does the board get when fully inflated?

When inflated to the recommended PSI, the board becomes extremely rigid, providing stability comparable to a traditional hard board, while remaining lighter and easier to carry or store.

3. How long does inflation take? Do I need a special pump?

With the included high-efficiency pump, inflation typically takes 5–10 minutes. The pump nozzle fits the valve perfectly, making the process quick and easy.

4. Is deflating and packing up difficult?

Not at all. Open the valve to release air quickly. Once deflated, the board folds down easily and fits into the carrying backpack without taking up much space.

5. What is the weight capacity? How many people can use it?

Most models support 120–180 kg (260–400 lbs), suitable for adults, a parent and child, or even a small pet (varies by model).

6. Is it suitable for beginners? Will it feel unstable?

Absolutely! The board’s wide, balanced design offers excellent stability, making it beginner-friendly and easy to control.

    7. How do I clean and maintain the paddle board?

    • Rinse with fresh water after use

    • Avoid prolonged sun exposure

    • Let it dry completely before storing

    • Keep away from sharp objects
Proper care extends the board’s lifespan significantly.

    8. Can I use it in winter? Will cold weather damage it?

The material can tolerate temperature changes and is safe for winter use. In extremely cold conditions, avoid leaving it outdoors for long periods to prevent material stiffening.

    9. What should I do if the board leaks?

Leaks are rare with normal use. For small punctures, use the included repair patches. If the issue is valve-related, check whether it’s tightened properly or contact customer support.

    10. Does the product come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty (customizable) covering manufacturing defects. If you experience any quality issues, please contact our support team.

    Inflatable Tent FAQ

    1. What is an inflatable tent? How is it different from a traditional tent?

An inflatable tent uses air beams instead of metal poles, allowing you to set it up simply by inflating it. Compared with traditional tents, it’s easier to pitch, more stable, and eliminates concerns about broken poles.

    2. How long does it take to inflate the tent?

Depending on the tent size, inflation usually takes 1–5 minutes using the included or any compatible air pump.

    3. Is an inflatable tent stable? Can it handle windy conditions?

The air-beam structure provides excellent elasticity and support. When secured with stakes and guy lines, it can handle normal to moderate wind. In very strong winds, we recommend reinforcing the setup or avoiding outdoor use.

    4. Will the tent leak? What should I do if it does?

Under normal use, leaks are rare. Minor punctures can be repaired easily with the included patch kit. If the valve leaks, it’s often due to incomplete tightening or dust—clean and retighten to solve the issue.

    5. How long does one inflation last? Do I need to top it up?

Generally, you won’t need frequent top-ups. The tent stays inflated for several days under normal temperatures. Extreme temperature changes may affect pressure slightly—just add a bit of air if needed.

    6. What material is the tent made of? Is it waterproof?

The tent is constructed with durable, tear-resistant fabric and reinforced air beams. Most models feature a waterproof coating (e.g., PU3000+), suitable for rainy-day camping.

    7. How many people can use it? Can you stand inside?

This depends on the model. Common sizes include 2–4 person, 4–6 person, and 6–8 person tents. Many designs offer high ceilings, allowing most users to stand and move comfortably.

    8. Does cold weather affect the air pressure or stability?

Cold temperatures may slightly reduce internal pressure—this is normal. Simply add air to maintain firmness. The materials are designed to withstand typical camping conditions.

    9. Is it difficult to deflate and pack the tent?

Very easy. Open the valve to release air quickly, fold it down, and store it in the carrying bag. The packed size is compact and easy to transport.

    10. How is the ventilation? Will it feel stuffy inside?

Most inflatable tents come with multiple mesh windows and ventilation panels, ensuring airflow and reducing condensation or stuffiness.

    11. Can I leave the tent outdoors for long periods?

We don’t recommend long-term outdoor exposure. To extend the tent’s lifespan, avoid prolonged sun or rain exposure, and always dry and store it properly after use.

    12. Does the tent come with an air pump? Can I use an electric pump?

Most sets include a manual or foot pump. You may also use a compatible electric pump, as long as it follows the recommended PSI in the user manual.

    13. How do I clean and maintain the tent?

    • Wipe with clean water after use

    • Avoid sharp objects near the air beams

    • Let the tent dry completely before storage

    • Avoid prolonged UV exposure
