Freein offers a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in:

Workmanship
Manufacturing flaws affecting normal use
During the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) products with defects such as:
Air leaks not caused by misuse
Faulty valves or sealing issues
Split seams or welding defects
Major damage during shipping (reported within 48 hours)
Defective included accessories (pump, repair kit, ropes, etc.)
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, surface marks)
Accidental or intentional damage (cuts, punctures, burns, pet damage)
Damage caused by overinflation or improper storage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Misuse, including harsh weather use, overloading, or using on sharp/unsafe surfaces
Purchases without valid proof of purchase
