 FREEIN’s Real Bed Feel Technology is built on an advanced 3D drop-stitch structure.Two reinforced fabric layers are integrally connected by thousands of vertical yarns, woven in both parallel and interlaced patterns. This internal fiber system locks the top and bottom surfaces together, preventing bulging or sinking during use.The result is a flat, dimensionally stable surface that maintains its shape under high pressure—delivering support that feels solid, even, and bed-like rather than soft or bouncy. The structure itself is capable of handling up to 20 PSI, and is reinforced with a specially formulated PVC or TPU airtight coating. This coating provides a peel strength of over 150 N / 5 cm, ensuring exceptional bonding between layers.
